We love to brag that we still have the very first client we ever signed… US! Our CEO was in the restaurant business for 17 years and one day a thing called Facebook happened. One of her customers said to her, “Hey! We checked-in”! She was like, ummm… ohhhhh kaaaaaay… but WHY? And, with WHOM? They giggled at her and showed her how they had checked-in to her restaurant on Facebook via their telephones! What new crazy thing is this? 
 
Another critical event occurred on a busy Saturday night… two customers, a husband and wife, were sitting in a booth when they waved her over and said, “Are you the chef?” Yes. “Well, the food was delicious and you know, we almost didn’t come in!” Why? “Because we saw something negative on YELP.” What’s YELP? 
 
And, of course, as the YELP world goes, the negative comment was prompted just because a customer wanted something the restaurant didn’t even offer! 
 
At that moment in time our CEO decided she better get a handle on social media and that was, well that was a long time ago! Since then, she has sold the restaurant, gone back to her first love - marketing- and, we have gained 100+ customers! Listen, we get it!
